EMS is a special postal service for all countries, it enjoys the priority of customs clearance in the national postal, customs, aviation and other sectors, especially for some countries such as Russia, Portugal, Mexico and India that are hard to clear the customs. But it will cost a bit more time than other shipping carriers, it normally takes 7-15 business days.

After confirming the RMA document with us, you will send the shipment and pay for the shipping cost.
You can change your address or logistics channel before your goods are dispatched, simply contact our sales team. But if your shipment has already been dispatched, it is unlikely to be changed.
Sorry, all our goods are sent out after we receive full payment.
If you are worried about the quality of our products, you can place a small sample order first for testing.
Sorry, we do not offer free shipping, all shipping costs are calculated by the logistics company according to the regulations.
Warranty
Kimeery guarantees that all LCDs have been manufactured free of any defect, in materials and manufacturing, according to the specification sheets and that they have passed all the quality controls established before leaving the factory, in order to ensure a correct operation under the operational conditions established.
All defective merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned for a replacement within 12 months from the original purchase date. The warranty does not cover physically damaged merchandise. All warranty replacements are required to have a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) file.

NOTICE:
Following terms applies to all refunds and exchange.
• All LCD(s) being returned must be in original condition with packaging, unused,
and undamaged. Otherwise, the RMA will be denied.
• All LCD(s) that have been returned without first receiving RMA approval will
be denied.
• All LCD(s) being returned without Kimeery’s stamp will be denied.(Our sales department will mark the Stamp in your P.I.)
• All LCD(s) being returned without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) file in
the package will be denied.
• All LCD(s) have a warranty period of 12 months from the original purchase date.The RMA will be denied if the product is over the12 months warranty period.
TAXES & DUTIES FAQs
Kimeery's quotation is the price of the product only, excluding any taxes and shipping charges. You will need to pay taxes and fees according to your local customs regulations, please refer to local customs regulations for details.
Payment

Kimeery advises to transmit the payment to HONGKONG HSBC, you will receive our bank information marked in your P.I.
Kimeery accepts PayPal, when the payment is less than USD2,000, but you will be asked for additional fees
What does Kimeery do to control the quality?
Kimeery built a 5-stop quality checking before and during producing.
• Materials checking in Material-Warehouse
• Full test in the producing line machining
• Full test at the end of producing line, before switching to Produts-Warehouse
• Final full-test before packing
Structure test&Cosmetic inspection
-Measure thickness, width and length
-Check LCD frame assembled well, screw hole aligned well
-Check whether the surface of glass lens damaged or scratched
-Check whether the flex cable broken or damaged
-Check the backlight welded firmly
Function test
-Test whether the pure color display normal or not(pure color display shoud be no dead pixel,no dust)
-Test touch function by moving icons, typing keyboard
-Test 3D touch function and sensitivity
-Test backlight brightness

Order
Currently, Kimeery will ask for 2 business days to prepare your order quantity 500-1000pcs. For customized batches, please contact our sales department email at info@kimeery.hk or call us at 0086-755-82733611to confirm the lead time.
You will need to provide us with photos and video of the goods within 5 days of signing for the product, and after confirming that the product has not been used, we can offer a refund or replenish the product in your new order.
Please communicate with our team first to make sure that all the details are not wrong,take photos and video to us within 5 days of signing for the product to ensure it has not been used. If you are really not satisfied you can explain the situation with our sales and get a refund, but the costs incurred for transportation need to be borne by you.
