Shipping

Kimeery offers fast and efficient parts shipping to customers worldwide. We ship goods via Air Freight or Express Service FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS, etc. • Kimeery specifically delivers batches to South American countries via Air Freight. • Kimeery offers its customers regular shipping within 5 to 7 business days with the following express carriers: a. FedEx has advantages in customs clearance in America. To track your package, visit http://www.fedex.com/ b. DHL has advantages in customs clearance in Europe and the Middle East. If you ordered batteries or any item containing batteries, we will use DHL as the carrier. To track your package, visit http://www.dhl.com/ c. EMS is a special postal service for all countries, with priority in customs clearance in the postal, customs, air and other sectors, especially for some countries such as Russia, Portugal, Mexico and India, where customs clearance is complex. However, the delivery time is slightly longer than other carriers, usually between 7 and 15 business days. NOTES: Shipping to remote areas requires more time and additional fees. After confirming the RMA document with us, you will need to ship the product and pay the shipping cost.

You can change your address or shipping method before your merchandise is shipped; simply contact our sales team. However, if your order has already been dispatched, it is unlikely that it will be possible to change it.

We regret to inform you that all our products are shipped after full payment has been received. If you have any doubts about the quality of our products, you can request a small sample for testing.

We regret to inform you that we do not offer free shipping. All shipping costs are calculated by the logistics company in accordance with current regulations.

Guarantee

Kimeery guarantees that all LCDs have been manufactured without any defects in material or workmanship, according to technical specifications, and have passed all established quality controls before leaving the factory to ensure proper functioning under the established operating conditions. All defective products, unless otherwise stated, may be returned for replacement within 12 months of the original purchase date. The warranty does not cover physical damage to the product. All warranty replacements require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) file. To confirm the RMA file, please contact our sales department before sending the product back via WhatsApp, WeChat, email info@kimeery.hk or call +86 755 82733611. WARNING: The following terms apply to all refunds and exchanges: • All returned LCDs must be in their original condition, with packaging, unused and undamaged. Otherwise, the RMA will be denied. • All LCDs returned without prior RMA approval will be refused. • All LCDs returned without the Kimeery stamp will be refused. (Our sales department will stamp your invoice). • All LCDs returned without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) file in the packaging will be refused. • All LCDs have a 12-month warranty period from the date of original purchase. The RMA will be denied if the product is outside the 12-month warranty period.

FAQ about taxes and fees

The price quoted by Kimeery refers to the product only, excluding taxes and shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying taxes and duties according to local customs regulations; please consult your country's customs regulations for more details.

Payment

Kimeery recommends payment be made to the HSBC account in Hong Kong. You will receive our bank details on your pro forma invoice. Kimeery accepts PayPal for payments under USD 2,000, but additional fees will apply.

What does Kimeery do to control quality?

Kimeery implemented a 5-step quality control system before and during production.
• Verification of materials in the warehouse
• Full test on the production line
• Complete testing at the end of the production line, before transfer to the warehouse.
• Final full test before packaging

Structural testing and aesthetic inspection
- Measure thickness, width, and length.
- Check that the LCD frame is properly mounted and that the screw holes are aligned.
- Check if the surface of the glass lens is damaged or scratched.
- Check if the flexible cable is broken or damaged.
- Check if the backlight solder is secure. Functionality test.
- Test if the color display is working correctly (the color display should not have dead pixels or dust).
Test the touch function by moving icons and typing on the keyboard.
- Test the function and sensitivity of 3D Touch
- Test the brightness of the backlight

Order

Currently, Kimeery requests 2 business days to prepare orders of 500 to 1000 units. For custom batches, please contact our sales department by email at info@kimeery.hk or by phone at +86 755 82733611 to confirm the delivery time.

You will need to provide us with photos and videos of the products within 5 days of receiving them. After we confirm that the product has not been used, we can offer a refund or include the product in your new order.

Please contact our team first to ensure all details are correct. Send photos and videos of the product within 5 days of receipt to prove it has not been used. If you are not satisfied, explain the situation to our sales team and request a refund, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
